My son was arrested for felony possession of analogues (Vicodin) and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and we need help. He is on probation for drunk driving (pled down to operating while visibly impaired OWVI) in Warren 37th district court.
Can you help my son? He has never been arrested other than his previous drunk driving in Warren Michigan, and he is in school, and I don’t want this to ruin his life!
Can the Michigan criminal defense attorneys at Canu Torrice Law help with this drug charge in Eastpointe Michigan, or is my son’s life ruined???
Please let me know!!!
Canu Torrice Law can definately help your son! In fact, our law firm is handling 4 cases in the 38th District Court for Eastointe, Michigan tomorrow morning alone, and the Canu Torrice Law legal team of criminal defense lawyers are in that court quite frequently.
The charge of Possession of Analogues (Vicodin, Xanax, other perscription pills, etc.) is a 2 year felony in Michigan, while the charge of Possession of Marijuana is a misdemeanor drug charge (if it’s your son’s first offense), but both offense carry very serious consequences on your Michigan driver’s license in addition to potential jail time and other penalties. Your son will need an experienced Michigan criminal defense attorney from Canu Torrice Law to help save him from jail time and save his Michigan driver’s license.
If these are your son’s first drug offenses we not only may be able to keep these charges off your son’s criminal record, but we may be able to get the felony drug possession chage for possession of analogues dismissed also. Assuming of course we cannot beat the case outright!
The probation violation is another issue, but the attorneys at Canu Torrice Law are in Warren Michigan’s 37th District Court all the time and we are quite confident we can help in that case as well.
