To the Clinton Township attorneys at www.alllegalmatters.com :
Earlier this year I received a 10 over speeding ticket in Clinton Township, Michigan, which is close to your attorneys in Macomb County I see. At the time, I just decided to pay the ticket and accept the points. Now, I have changed my mind. Is there any way that you would be able to take care of that traffic ticket for me even though the ticket is old? I don’t want the points on my record and I did not realize that the points would raise my insurance so much. Thank you for your time.
Go WINGS!
Thank you for your question on http://WWW.ALLEGALMATTERS.COM. We are in the 41-B Judicial District Court in Clinton Township, Michigan at least a couple days every week defending criminal and traffic cases, and are very familiar with the Judges, Prosecutors and City Attorneys in that Court.
Your question is somewhat complicated because there are restrictions under Michigan Court Rules about re-opening traffic cases once they are plead, and by paying your fine, you by default tendered a plea of responsible to the speeding ticket. However, you are in luck because Canu Torrice Law can often file the necessary paperwork and motion the court to set that plea aside, re-open your case, and then get your ticket dismissed or re-negotiate your case to a zero (0) point, non-abstractable offense that will NOT appear on your driving record. Once we are able to do this, all those points currently on your record can be removed, and your drving record will be cleared.
That particular Court is very ameniable to the relief we would be seeking on your behalf, so please feel free to contact ALLEGALMATTERS.COM or call Canu Torrice Law at (586) 285-1700 to schedule a free consulatation with one of our traffic attorneys right away. However, take notice that setting aside pleas on traffic tickets tht you simply paid for is a time sensitive matter, so do NOT wait or it might be too late to keep your driving record clean.

Thank you! I would now go on this blog every day! http://www.alllegalmatters.com is awesome!!!!
Again, see my other posts, but I have had half a dozen tickets in Clinton Township at least on my bike and not one point on my record there.
The BEST attorneys in Michigan, especially in Macomb County, for criminal and traffic matters IMO. No lie. Try them once and you will agree. Never a day in jail, never lost my driver’s license, and I swear I should have had both happen to be many many times.
