Welcome to Michigan’s free legal question blog, where questions to all your Michigan legal matters are answered and discussed by Michigan’s best attorneys specializing in all areas of Michigan law.  This free Michigan legal question blog is published and sponsored free of charge by www.AllLegalMatters.com and Michigan’s premier general practice law firm, Canu, Torrice & Zalewski, PLLC, or CTZ Law.

Welcome to our blog and please feel free to post any legal question or comment here, or if you have any legal questions that require immediate attention contact Michigan’s best attorneys at CTZ Law 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling (586) 285-1700, or visiting www.AllLegalMatters.com.

Registered users of this www.AllLegalMatters.com blog are welcome to post their Michigan legal questions and comments anywhere on this blog, and the Michigan attorneys at CTZ Law will use their best efforts to answer all questions posted as soon as possible.  THIS IS A 100% CONFIDENTIAL LEGAL BLOG AND CTZ LAW DOES NOT RETAIN ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR ANY PUIRPOSE!You will NOT be required to provide any personal or confidential information when you register, such as your real name or date of birth , and CTZ Law instructs and encourages all registered users to use an alias or an assumed name when posting, and not to use their real name for any reason.  We do NOT keep track of registered users email addresses, and we do NOT send out newsletters or advertisements to your email addresses EVER.  In fact, after you first register with this blog and receive your password, all you have to do is edit your account information, change your password and then enter any random e-mail address (whether it is valid or not) in order to use the blog.  Therefore, similar to your alias user name, we also cncourage you to use a fictious e-mail address for added security (i.e., e.g., if your user name is Sam, use sam@sam.com or sam@1234.com, or something like that). Changing your email to a random email is just another added security measure so you can post confidentially about sensitive and personal legal issues.

The sign up information to become a registered user is simply necessary to help decrease the internet spam computer programs on the web that seek out free blogs like this one and then infest the blog with marketing posts (previously, when we didn’t require this simple security measure, we were flooded with 1000′s of “Viagra” and “Male Enhancement” blog posts . . . it was a nightmare).   So, feel free to post any questions you may have and rest assured that we do NOT and will NOT ever use any information provided by you as a registered user for marketing purposes, and your information will NEVER be shared with anyone under any circumstances.

All you need to do to post on our blog is to register as a user, use an assumed name, and remember your password.  If you forget your password, just simply re-register as a new user and start over again!  This is purely an anonymous, free legal question blog where you can have your questions about Michigan law answered confidentially, comment and participate in forum discussions, read about legal issues, or just post your thoughts.  We also encourage our clients to post any comments about their experiences with CTZ Law to share with other users of the blog.

Please note that CTZ Law reserves the right to publish, amend, edit, delete, name, classify, title, caption or rephrase any and all posts made by any author on this blog in any manner that CTZ Law deems appropriate.  Often times this is necessary to clarify what a user ‘s question is actually about, and to make it easier for people searching the web for a particualar legal topic or issue to find our blog.  We generally encourage free speach and freedom of expression, but any subject matter or any post that CTZ Law deems offensive or inapproproate for any reason will not be published or may be modified and delted as we deem appropriate.   Additionally, CTZ Law reserves the right to publish its own blog questions and answers, as well as occassional testimonials, statements or posts under assumed user names on behalf of our clients, with the client’s permission.  CTZ Law also reserves the right to publish its own blog questions under assumed user names for any legal issues we deem to be interesting or unique in order to promote discussion, including questions we receive at CTZ Law on a daily basis from unknown and anonymous callers that call our office seeking legal free legal advice, and we will then answer these questions on the blog itself for the benefit of all users on this blog.   This is to promote discussion in certain areas of law that we encounter every day, or present frequent questions that we receive from various callers to our office in subject matter  that our users may find interesting or helpful.  All posts are kept strictly confidential and no personal information regarding the names or identity of any clients or prospective clients who consented to the publication of any post will be maintained in our records or disclosed in this blog in order to preserve all attorney-client privilege, to preserve the confidentiality of all free consultations with our law firm, and to secure the anonymity of all users of this blog.  CTZ Law makes no distinction between posts on this blog made by actual users or CTZ Law itself under the circumstances described above as all user names are “alias” names.  This legal blog is being hosted by CTZ Law a free public service in order to provide free legal advice and discussion to our users, and as such CTZ Law reserves the right to amend or modify the rules and regulations relating to the publication of posts or use of this blog without any prior notice to any registered user.  Finally, any and all disclaimers that appear on our main website at www.AllLegalMatters.com apply to any legal advice given anywhere on this blog.

Thank you for all your support, have fun, and enjoy our blog!
