I told her I didn’t want what she was offering to engage for sex or anything else but she kept talking to me and never offered or engaged me for sex .
After a few minutes she told me how hungry she was and i did not solicit this prostitute for sex. I went and broke a 20 and went back to where she was. when I offered her $5 to go get food, the police were all over me for solicitation of a prostitute.
They seemed to be very over zealous and weren’t listening to what I had to say and kept accusing me of offering her money for a blow job. Needless to say, I am looking at a misdemeanor ticket now for offer to engage another for act of prostitution – admitting and receiving known prostitute, and I am freaking our because I read on your blog the penalty for this is a MANDATORY 45 days in a Detroit jail minimum. I will lose my job, and I am also married so I will lose my wife and family. I’ll do whatever it takes to make this go away and get dismissed.
