I was drinking at Madison’s (the old Post bar) in Mt. Clemens a few Saturdays ago like we always do and some guy punched me and we fought and got kicked out of the bar.

I didn’t start anything but his friends said I did now I have an assult and battery charge in Mt Clemens in the 41-B District Court in Clinton Township and I need a lawyer.

I didnt stat the fight it was self defense what can I do, what are my rights and can you help me?
