done by mail drivers license problems in Michigan
i lost Michigan drivers license back in 1999 for dui arrest. moved to OK for a job in2007. mailed sec. of state all the paper work they ask for plus 125 reinstatement fee. OK gave me a license in 2009. now 2011 there is a hold by the state of michigan they want to do it all again
