Everyone I heard you guys are the best driver’s license restoration attorneys in Michigan. I have a question for my friend. My buddy moved to New York 5 years ago. When he left he just finished his probation on 2 drunk drivings he got within like 1 month of each other in Madison Heights and Chesterfield Township. A little while ago he went ot renew his driver’s license in New York and they told him to find a good attorneys in Michigan because until he cleared up his revoked license in Michigan because of his DUI convictions he could not drive in New York. Is this right? That seems unconsitutional!!!

I was at Johnny G’s drinking with friends and got into a fight outside of Emerald Ballroom in downtown Mt Clemens. Cops came searched me and found a little coke (blow not crack) and 2 joints in my sock. I dont know how having that little coke is a 4 year felony but it is and now i have an arraignment next week at 41-B Distirct Court. I have an MIP as a juvinelle and thats it. Do you think I should hire a lawyer or just let them give me a court appointed. My buddy said you guys hooked him up solid on his case but his record was really bad and i dont think mine is that bad. Should I just take whatever lawyer they give me? Is Possession of Coke and Marijuana really that big of a deal for a small amount?

I know a lot of friends with drunk drivings and i am no exception had 4 in Warren, Detroit, Port Huron and Royal Oak. I know you think i am an idiot and yeah i was, i partied every day, but i was young and dumb. I paid the price too, did some jail time, and worst of all i had my michigan drivers license suspended and revoked for 5 years. I never thought any attorney could get my license back, but I had a friend  who said these lawyers were the best driver’s license attorneys in michigan, and they were right. Went home weeks later, phone rang from the law firm, and BOOM! Back on the road and driving to work, no more freaking out about driving just to get to keep my job and live. Like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.
